My fundamental life view is that 'Passion Drives Purpose'.

A life without passion, without engaging with that deep innerfire inside each of us, is a life ultimately half lived.

I have been able to enjoy the satisfaction of realising many dreams that I held dear from my childhood onward.  The constant across the journey has been a deep awareness of, and connection with, my passion.  That same path ultimately now leads me here.

At eighteen Michael became the youngest Live Show Announcer in the now 40 plus year history of Sea World on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

By 26 he had written and produced the first fully thematic Sea Lion Show for the park, 'Quest For The Golden Seal'.  TV stints followed, including appearing as a presenter alongside Bert Newton on 'Good Morning Australia', host of Channel Nine's 'King Gee Jack Of All Trades', an appearance as a professional actor in 'Home and Away', '60 Minutes', the feature film 'Godzilla: Final Wars', and more recently in the role of former AFP Chief Mick Keelty in the telemovie SCHAPELLE. In tandem his theme park career continued forward when in 1999 he made the move from head of Show Production at Sea World to Entertainment Manager at 'Wonderland Sydney', where he was key in the successful integration of both the MARVEL,  HASBRO and DREAMWORKS brands.

By 2005 he had moved into the role of Creative Director with Village Roadshow Theme Parks and went on to write and produce 'Hollywood Stunt Driver', 'Imagine - The Dolphin Experience' and 'Fish Detectives (Sea Lion Show)'.

Today an award winning business leader, Michael's message will motivate, inspire and positively challenge conventional thinking.
